Six Flags Great Adventure is the largest combined theme park, water park and wild animal safari in the country, and is made up of three parks situated on 2,200 acres. There are more than 200 rides and attractions between the theme park, 45-acre Hurricane Harbor water park and Wild Safari animal park.
The theme park features the country's most comprehensive collection of roller coasters, and there are also many children's rides at Looney Tunes Seaport and Koala Canyon. Among the most popular coasters is wooden coaster, El Toro with a 76-degree first drop, Kingda Ka described as "the tallest, fastest roller coaster on Earth, and Batman: The Ride in which you Soar over Gotham with nothing but air below your dangling feet.
Next to the theme park is Six Flags Hurricane Harbor featuring high-speed rides, a 45-acre tropical getaway, and one of the longest, laziest rivers in creation.
