The Summer 2009 Washington DC Restaurant Week is scheduled for August 24-30, 2009.

DC's Restaurant Week is a dining extravaganza where more than 170 of the capitol's finest establishments offer fixed-price three-course meals. Restaurants include Contemporary American, Mexican, French, Mediterranean, Italian, Southern, Seafood, Spanish, California, Pan-Asian and more.

Early reservations are recommended. Be sure to confirm that the restaurant is participating in Restaurant Week, and also which meal that features the special, as some restaurants offer it at either lunch or dinner, but not both.

This year's prices are as follows: Lunch: $20.09 for a three-course fixed-price meal. Dinner: $35.09 for a three-course fixed-price meal.
